Amy is passionate about supporting individuals and their companion animals on the path to recovery. She utilizes holistic care methods that promote healing, resilience, and a return to meaningful participation in life. Specializing in natural approaches to rehabilitation, restorative care, and pain management, she combines her skills with the Contact CARE- Flinchlock Release method to restore alignment and mobility to one's life. This method serves as the foundation of her practice by empowering the body’s natural healing mechanisms at the onset to address both acute and chronic conditions.

With over 25 years of experience in holistic care, Amy integrates the deep knowledge she has gained from her own experiences, with compassion and understanding of the complex factors involved when living with injuries. Her approach addresses the whole person by recognizing the interconnectedness and interplay of patterns- physical, emotional, mental, and environmental factors, that often affect health and well-being when injured. Her expertise lies in structural and functional restoration. She particularly excels at releasing neurobiological pain pathways and addressing the intricate sensory processes entangled within imbalanced responses to the world. She supports her clients in breaking patterns of dysfunction, tension and resolving pain for those facing the aftermath of accidents, surgeries, traumatic events, environmental exposures, stressors and any situations that creates disharmony.

She is dedicated to helping her clients overcome limitations and find new ways to engage in the activities they love, providing compassionate guidance on their journey to wholeness and well-being.
